Had this clean 1HDT 80 in the shop over the last couple of days for a fresh set of 2.5” 316 stainless FMIC piping. Between juggling a few other jobs, Jake rolled in with some old alloy cooler piping that had more silicone joiners than we’ve ever seen before!

We tidied it up properly cut the joiners down to just five throughout the entire system. Less joins means no boost leaks and a much smoother flow of air into the old girl. We also made sure everything’s easy to pull off and work on when needed.

Stoked with how it came out would love to see more of these FMIC setups come through the shop!

Another 80 in for a FMIC kit these things are rolling in like hot cakes lately. This old girl came in with the classic setup: a jungle of silicone joiners and piping that looked like it’d been cobbled together during a cyclone.

We ripped all that out and hooked him up with clean 2.5” 316 stainless each side. Less joins = less lag, less boost leaks, and way more confidence in how much you can push the turbo.

Came up tidy as always proper airflow, proper fitment, and looks the part under the bonnet.💥🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

Out with the restrictions and in with a DPF delete, custom tune, and a Big Dog 5” straight through system, finished off with a cheeky teardrop dump out the back.

Sounds angry, flows hard, and looks just as tough underneath as it does up top.
